Quit trying to get  people to move there LOL. I like the area because
its small and quiet we can't have all those city folk moving in.
Besides traffic used to be annoying enough without thepeople living
there year round :>

we bought it for 190k, and now houses in my neighborhood, the same
size/we have more amenities are now selling for $275k
