We're on the same page. I just got home after a one
month vacation to the states...agreed to have
breakfast with the ex (so I'd KNOW he'd be sober). It
was fine..but a few weeks later when I visited his
parents, they kept telling me how bad he felt about
breaking up a 19 year marriage..how he wanted me
back..blah blah. I finally ended the conversation by
telling them that their son had done me a favor by
having a child with another woman, which forced me to
acknowlege the situation and go forward. I'm now
happily divorced 2 years...it does get better.
