Great idea, lets just give people a VALID reason to hate America. When these people find out they are about to be sent how, don't you think that might speed up their time line a little bit?
If they are here then they can be contacted and their background can be checked. If the visa has expired then send them home. But if they are here legally then should be able to stay here.
