its using the font wafer...
used to work just fine to do feet signs.

but now for some reason it throws in a wierd AE type of sybol...
if i switch to arial it looks fine..
but wafer looks all odd... but it is our standard font if you can call it that.
the wierd thing is if i open wordPad
change fiont to wafer, type what i want, copy/paste into photshop it is fine...
looks right.
but if i start a new line with wafer as default it gets hossed again...
i have tried all the standard stuff, google.
reinstalling phont
deleting font & all that...
any one seen this problem
