But just having two heads does not necessarily create more brains, if the sum of the two is less then the average of one. Just to achieve more room for brains would probably be accomplished with a larger, single head easier then sprouting a second one. What it would almost certainly do is create more sensory organs: eyes, ears, noses and taste buds. Now that is something I could see being useful. Just imagine the amount of backstabbing that could be eliminated if one had an extra pair of eyes to monitor that part of the body.
