Good question ... hmmm.  I'm for instant run-off, but the question
here is can Colorado start a trend and, if it doesn't, is that bad?  I
tend to think it is and that, unless everyone does it, it does more
harm than good.

I say that based on a gut feel though ...

I don't think you can have a compromise because then you'd still end
up with the same, "he won the popular but lost the electoral ..."
problem due to rounding errors in splitting the electoral votes. 
Right?
