Sure it could happen but it would be less likely then now. 
And yes i wish they would do instant run off too then the idiots who
vote nader as their statement can have kerry #2 to make sure their
vote counts.

Well colorado has never been a trend setter. Since the instant run off
is going on in San Fran (right?) perhaps it will catch on nationally
becuase CA is tradtionally who leads us into country wide trends.

I think we need to update the constitution to be popular vote but we
had 4 years to and as we saw nobody made it an issue. was it because
they knew republicans would just block it? Or what?
