I really like the size and weight of the 700m, but the screen has a high-gloss covering on it that both makes the images brighter but also acts like a mirror reflecting you and everything in the room. When I was looking at it, the glare from the overhead lights made the screen hard to see. I would also prefer a very high resolution display. Something around 1600x1200 or comparable widescreen. I'm looking seriously at that 600m. It's missing the trackpoint of the business D600 model and it will have tech support in India, but for $750 it's almost a throw-away. The gamer in me keeps wanting the 9100 or XPS, but I would never take it anywhere because of the weight. Grrrr. I'm torn.
