I'm actually more interested in the contribution as well.

I've heard numbers as high as 90% of coalition causalities and 95% of costs
are being taken by the US alone.

I'm also under the impression that many of these coalition members were less
than enthused until certain concessions were made to them.

Does anybody have good numbers for deployments and costs spread across the
coalition?  Numbers comparing the rate of participation today with the
beginning of the war would also be interesting (to examine how well we've
maintained our coalition).
