Yes..that is my problem with Beck's Dark as well. 
After about 4 it really wears on your stomach.

Same thing with stouts. I prefer Mackeson to Guinness. I Mackeson is different, it's a 
slightly sweeter taste, foregoes the bitter
aftertaste. But I wouldn't be out liming and drink either stout solely however. That's 
a recipe for disaster.

I find it to be two pint stout. If I'm out for the
night I need something lighter.

That reminds me Carlings is a great pilsner but don't
see it anywhere here.
