I personally use DirectNIC for all of my domain names. They're not the cheapest at $15.00/yr, but they are still cheaper than NetSol and Register.com and several others. DirectNIC has more features and better tech support than any registrar I have ever dealt with (and since I run a DNS service, I deal with a lot of registrars).
