Well said - it's never the offense, it's the cover up.  Pinging off of
what Brian said there probably are many other factors to people's
opinions, but why not just admit it?  Ashlee Simpson too.

That having been said, I'd like to see more than a apology or an
admission of error - let's see some action.  If he got bad data, then
someone should pay.  The problem I have is the, "nobody screwed up,
but there's no WMD."
