They are not set to not replicate.  The primary key property is also being
dropped. 

Also, the tables have data in them I am trying to move online.  The sql
script won't transfer the data will it?

The Identoty fields are prolly dropped because they are set as not to
replicate.  But really the best way to transfer sql tables is to  go "All
Tasks" -> "Generate SQL Script"
