I don't think you necessarily understand what is required to get a Rhodes Scholarship. You have to among the top 1 or 2% academically, as well as show definite leadership skills, and sports abilities. A good example of what is required is found at http://www.usyd.edu.au/su/rhodes/
Most American colleges administer their own programs for applying to the scholarship.
