Well, this is what I'm reading on debka.com: "Palestinian Authority officials in Ramallah say it�s all over. Their colleagues are gathering from all over, arguing over rumor that Arafat authorized Qureia, Abbas and Zaanoun to officiate as PA heads during his indisposition." Might not be 100% correct, but it looks like the fighting is starting already. There is currently no clear successor to Arafat. As for the money, there was a report some time back about where some of the money goes. http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2003/11/07/60minutes/main582487.shtml I expect his wife has a chunk and terrorist organizations will get another chunk. There'll be a mass that will be 'lost' as well. He's not known to trust many others with all of his 'cards'.
