I usually telecommute on Fridays. I'm torn about coming in. Part of me wants to... but a slightly larger part says "stay home you fool!"
I really hope they don't get 5 million people - the most we've ever gotten for First Night (for First Night 2000) was 2.3 million and I don't think that the Fourth of July's ever gotten more than 4 million. It'll be a complete madhouse.
