Hmm... Dead Cheerleader... Well a cheerleader outfit with some well-applied zombie makeup would work. The problem is that cheerleader costumes leave lots of arm and leg exposed, which equals lots and lots of greasepaint. I've done zombie makeup before just on a face and neck, and that took a couple of hours, but if you just went with a pallid white-grey look and blank stare and avoided the whole rotting look, it would work just fine. Have her go barefoot and tie a tag around her toe for added effect.
