(sticking my head in for a minute) A lot of very traditional communities in New Mexico. The new voters may be going with the "conservative" party. In my humble opinion Democrats take Hispanics for granted. Very traditional Catholics, some single-issue abortion voters... I just don't know.
Mind you I am not aware of all events in all areas.... but that is the way it looks from the phone bank. Much too close for complacency.
