Kerry apparently called Bush at 11:00, and planned a public announcement at
1:00

But just because he concedes doesn't mean people won't vote for him.

Of course from the sounds of things the provisional ballots are turning out
to be mostly invalid.

Yeah I reasd the report it confused me though..it says he conceeded
then goes on to taslk about how Ohio is still undecided and Kerry
might win Ohio...eh?
