Well, you are making the assumption that country is that evenly divided.

It seems to me that this evenly divided stuff might not be true. Of course a
friend of mine this morning said it was pretty silly to counter rightwing
popularity by going farther to the left to begin with.

I'm shocked that the House, Senate, even the Governorships seem to be
tilting even farther to the right. With the country supposedly so "divided",
how can one party be gaining more power? Shouldn't things be evening out?

Are we really as divided as the media is making us out to be? How come poll
results aren't necessarily reflecting that, other than the fact that races
are close, they all seem to be going republican.

Not only that, but a few of the republican winners are WAY to the right,
namely Demint in South Carolina and Coburn in Oklahoma. These two frankly
scare me.

What in the wide, wide world of sports is goin on here?
