Without a doubt! Which issues will Mr. Bush reach across the aisle on? Stem cell research? Iraq? Pork spending? Social Security? Health Care? Tax "cuts"? Foreign Policy? Mr. Bush took his slim win last election and treated it as a mandate; he will treat this win as a benediction. He is famous for saying, "I think if you have political capital you'd better spend it."
