Yea, you can manage the window between the 2 monitors, but there isn't a
setting with ATI like there is with nVidia to "snap" to one monitor or the
other when the window is crossing the great divide.

I have an ATI card here at work with dual displays and windows maximize to
just one or the other. And with the ATI Hydravision software (similar to
nview) I can right-click on a window's title bar and select to switch to
Monitor 1 or Monitor 2. The only app I have problems with that in is
Firefox, so FF must be doing something non-standard with their windows
routines. And there's always Ultramon for more control regardless off ATI or
NVIDIA.
