I learned that a while back. Tried to take off my beard with it when I was a teen. Burnt my face. Plucking works well, but takes too long. To get bald, I've found the easiest way is to just load up on stress and you'll have no hair above your eyebrows in no time.
Just as a side note, those mini electric clippers you see on TV are not really powerful enough for any hair in the crotch area.
