Twice in that paragraph you use the key word... "unlimited".  If I pay for a
1Mb connection then fair use is anything up to 1Mb of anything I care to do
with it.  It I ridiculous to say that if I use all the bandwidth I pay for I
am unfairly impacting someone else's performance.  If the companies involved
can't support the bandwidth they have sold that is their problem, not mine!
