$50/month. I doubt the ISP "guarantees" a certain amount of bandwidth, as I said I don't have the contract handy and I'm sure they've got lots of legal wiggle language in there. My understanding though is that by going to the tiered plan, they have imposed on themselves an implied warranty of service.
