Well, no, the US would still consider him the President, so, he wouldn't be
deposed in the US.

Of course, one quick question, what war crime did President Bush commit?

By "deposed" you mean that he was involuntarily removed from a postion
to govern?

That being the case, all Canada would have to do is seize the
President's entourage and hold him; then he'd be deposed and therefore
available for war crimes prosecution.  Done and done.
