That was the critical mistake Artest made, at least in my opinion. I didn't see the person throwing the cup, but my initial guess is he grabbed the wrong person. For such reckless behavior, Artest should be sued. Maybe the guy that got hit can sue Artest for all his money and then Artest can sue the guy that threw the cup for all his money.
