What a corporation might or might not do is, and should be, out side the scope of when evaluating Artest's actions. What a court may or may not find is also a lot of guess work. What is not guess work is evaluating the morality of what Artest did. Everyone is adding all this junk into this very simple situation. He can't go up into the stands. He's a professional. BS! One standard by which to judge all people. A person is a person. Having more money doesn't mean you are judged differently because that means you are different. I refuse to believe that someone with more money then me is better then me. I also refuse to believe that someone with less money then me is not as good as me. This is justice.
