ok well, I sure don't see the answer to this on the ibm site, though I *was* asked multiple times if I would like to upgrade ot a newer thinkpad, grrrrrr. It seems to me that it would be here if anywhere

I am wandering away now; guess I'll find out the next time I make a wireless connection. I rather suspect, though, that you are talking about a feature that is newer than this laptop.
