What empathy? The kid is seriously fucked up and you say taser the kid
regularly? That's quite a lot of empathy there.

Its not a matter of responsibility, the kid has a serious set of
psychological and developmental problems. Your comments earlier were
just a step above laughing at a kid who uses crutches.
