Hey, I didn't say alcohol was good, however, the body can rebuild the liver, if the problem is caught early enough. The body CANNOT rebuild the brain.
How much alcohol does somebody have to drink before cirrhosis of the liver occurs? Now to answer your last two questions. I haven't seen any ODs on marijuana, and I haven't seen anybody actually killed because of the drinking of alcohol as you describe at the bottom. I have however seen people killed because of choices they made while under the influence of both. I've heard of people being killed because they drank too much wood alcohol or tainted marijuana. I've also known people to get killed because they were caught up in the dealing of marijuana. I've seen people addicted to marijuana, alcohol and nicotine.
