Alaska and Michigan I'm pretty sure. I think if you have less than an ounce and produced it yourself you're legal. You could probably check the NORML website. In any event, drug use is a health problem and/or issue not a criminal one. If side effects is our rationalization for illegality why not criminalize driving? Force mass transit. About 500 people died in the US in the last 4 days due to driving; think of how much that cost!
