Yup, exactly. I'm a "reseller" - which means that I get a control panel of sorts and email support and cheaper rates. And, I'm to be the front-line support for any of my domain clients. Oh, and I currently have exacty 1 domain - my husband's.
The discount package is for someone that needs their hand held, from what I've gathered. So, you're paying for the extra support.
