Working from home, and agreeing with Mike D. Hell we are still running
off CF 5 and an upgrade is still atleast a year off I would be willing
to bet. They want me, and co-workers, to upgrade our code base, which
I am doing to an extent but how the hell am I supposed to do that if I
can't make CFC's and begin convert over to an OO model. If you want
spaghetti code...you should see this stuff. There are mulitple reasons
behind why we are in this sisuation where I work, mainly we used to
run the intranet at the division level and now are moving it to the
General Office and making it enterprise level. So I think I am not as
depressed b/c I know we are trying to make strives and trying to make
tighter code its just so frusterating we are not there yet and won't
be fore years...Hey atleast they highed the right people for the
job...me ;)
