I was greatly impressed by the first "Spongebob" game from THQ ("Battle for
Bikini Bottom"). I've heard that the latest one (based on the movie) was a
step or three back, but the first one was much better than I ever would have
thought - very, very solid platforming (not "Ratchet and Clank" but
surprisingly good for a license).
Also the most recent "Scooby Doo" games have been good, not great, but
engaging enough to keep us playing.
I played through both "Jimmy Neutron" games (one of my son's faves as well)
but didn't care for either myself. The first was flawed and frustrating and
the second was better, but completed in less than 5 hours. My son still
plays them sometimes, but not as much.
