Yea at Ediets we were gonna leave dell because even their corporate support sucked ass. I have had the most excellent support with Compaq/HP though man it was freaking sweet to put in a trouble ticket on a Scsi drive on a prod box only to get a replacement drive within 2 hours via Courier.
We just paid for the same UBER service that we had paid for with dell. Dell gives you 24 hours to fix it and would usually take a few days more then their guarentee. compaq gave us upto 24 hours and we got our problems fixed in 2. I hate compaq desktops but their corporate support is top notch.
