A hardware geek gave me this, honest-to-god it apparently works: Find a pot large enough to fit a keyboard, or improvise one from a clean bin or something. Fill with water and bring to a boil. Take off boil and let sit for a minute or two. Drop the UNPLUGGED keyboard in and let it sit for 10 minutes or so. Pull it out and let it dry for a day or so until it is completely dry. Voila, like new!
