I read about that theory a few months ago - it was combined with the Clovis point theory and tried to explain why the French points and the US Clovis points are similar: because some of the Europeans migrated across the frozen Atlantic. They also had DNA evidence to back this up; so-called "X" line common in France and America. Previously this had been a line with a missing source but I read that the tests confirmed that European DNA was the source of the missing line.
