The newspaper article I read yesterday cited 5 successful tests out of 10 i believe. Then went on to say that "at least 4" of those tests were so controlled as to be pretty much useless.
Again, even if the damn thing worked flawlessly, I think it's a horrible idea and a goddamn waste of time, money and resources.
