Which I don't understand.  The best universities are near Boston. 
Boston is the Mutual Fund HUB of the world.  And although Sillicon 
Valley has taken over as the high-tech city of the US, Boston isn't too 
far behind.  Some great tech companies like EMC is based out near 
Boston.  Boston has to be the leading bio-tech city in America.  Sure 
their football team cheats to win SuperBowls, but no one can be perfect.
