I am getting it now. Probably a server down somewhere. New Mexico is
sort of a backwater where the internet is concerned. The main backbone
goes through Denver, and we are on a little branch that goes through
to El Paso. Tracert was timing out too, though -- this is bizarre --
steps 1 through 5 timed out, six took 2.3 seconds to go *somewhere*
and then steps 7 through 30 timed out also.
