What do you mean there is nobody around to prevent sick stuff in the country? Are you talking about small towns and farms country, or are you talking about backwoods cabins with no electricity country?
In small towns, the sick stuff is less likely to happen because it is much harder to get away with it. Everybody knows what happens in small towns.
