The switch powered up. I put in the live t1 line from the wall jack into port 1. I will call it L1. L1 is a straight thru ethernet cable and has link lights. I put in a patch cable, will call PC1, into port 2. PC1 is a straight thru ethernet cable too. I got link lights but not getting any traffic.
