THE DIFFERENCE IS MOST CERTAINLY NOTICEABLE!!!

The Image was SOOO much brighter and sharper going from regular RGB cables to
the Component Cables!
I don't have HDTV, so I can't view the even sharper 480p signal, but I can tell
you even with a regular tv that accepts component
inputs the difference is quite visible and worth the 40 bucks for the cables!

With a tv that can display progressive scan signals, your resolution will be
even better.
Technically it should be the same as playing the game on your computer at 640 x
480 resolution in terms of clarity. That's a lot lot
better than the reguler signal through the RGB video connector you're seeing
now.

It goes like this... RGB Video connector ---> S-Video--->Component Cables.
HDMI fits in there somewhere, not sure where.

I have a 60 inch Rear Projection LCD at home, but I haven't seen it with any
true High Definition video sources. There's a
disagreement between my father and myself as to the safety and risk of Burn In.
He just doesn't want to risk anything happening to
the television, although the risk is miniscule if any.

Maybe next year I'll be able to afford the 5,000US to buy a little 42 inch DLP
rear projection for myself.
Yes...remember prices for electronics, cars etc. is just about double what you
would pay in the US,
when they are landed here in Trinidad (VAT, Duty, Freight, store mark-up).

*sigh*.
