After HardOCP wrote a rather non flattering article on Infinium Labs' CEO, Infinium Labs sued. The HardOCP article carried information from the CEO's resume, and factual accounts of his past business dealings which were public domain, and which mostly seemed to involve venture capital schemes which never saw the light of day but which apparently made him a millionaire.
