Talk to your accountant.  :-)

  There is a sales tax on "consulting services" or something like that 
(it's less than normal sales tax).

  For me, it depends on the client.  I'm trying to add that to all new 
contracts, however some long-time clients are "Grandfathered in" and I have 
not rocked the boat.
