I just joined the three surrounding areas where I am, 2 I needed to be approved by a moderator, 1 was immediate, all three were very CAPITALIZED about no WANTED posts with cars, games, computers, etc. 1 of them said no WANTED posts until you at least OFFER'd. They seem well moderated.
