Iron Chef America, the Series. Flay VS. Bayless
While our version does not quite live up to the original in many aspects. I enjoyed it. I feel Bayless may have been robbed a bit. I liked the look of his dishes just a bit better, but then I was not given a chance to taste them so it is hard to fully evaluate the results. Being an ex-chef I really enjoy watching the cooking techniques, and not relying on translators to explain the action gives our American version enough of a plus to put it on equal footing with the orginal for me. 8 out of 10. I'm sure I will watch most, if not all the next 9 episodes.
