Until we get into the wall to see just how much water, I can't definitely say. That shower only get light use. One person, every other day or so.
And from watching the drip, I'm banking on it not being a lot of water, just enough to make small spots on the drywall of the ceiling. Of course we'll have a few people in here to give their opinions on the matter - and the first one is our realtor who's coming for dinner Friday night. He renovates house himself to resell - so he should have some sort of experience on it.
