Nah, honestly not being rude and I mean no offence ;-) (honestly) I am offering my view and take on a subject to - its called debating, and so far its been quite good - nothing like a good debate to get you fired for work.
But to add, I certainly DO NOT HAVE IT. I have normal human behaviour which I am happy with. I also do not buy the brain theory as you could hook me up to brain monitor and get someone side by side who also does not have and get different brain results for the same tasks! That is normal...... Peoples ability to learn is individual. An example here is that I have tried to learn French as most of the office speak it but even in School I was awful at it - I just forget and drift away into languages I do know such as Italian and Russian, some people are good at languages and some people are not : if you were the one in the class full of bi-lingual students who were thriving you too would be disruptive but it certainly wouldn't make you an alledged ADD sufferer. As yourself this : As an adult would you get up and down off your seat in a night class cause you were bored etc...answer : NO. Why: because you know the difference between the right and wrong way to behave in a classroom. -----Original Message----- From: Robertson-Ravo, Neil (RX) [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: 18 January 2005 16:06 To: CF-Community Subject: RE: Adult ADD Agreed... ;-) -----Original Message----- From: Tony Weeg [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: 18 January 2005 16:05 To: CF-Community Subject: Re: Adult ADD neil. i'd stop now dude. if you dont have it you wouldnt know... but it almost seems to me like you may have it as well, if you think you can relate to all the symptoms.... trust me. its not a *fun* thing to have, or an excuse to be lazy, FUCK, im not lazy, i work 80-100hrs a week, is that lazy? nope. not one bit. trouble is, i cannot stay focused long enough to get one project done before i want to start another. its all good, i cope, i move on, and well, i stay focused through some self medication... yup, it works for that too! tw On Tue, 18 Jan 2005 09:56:42 -0600, Deanna Schneider <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > I think you're so far off in your definition of ADD as to be > ridiculous.
